I had a great experience with Barry Plant. I had been struggling to find accommodation but the minute I got in touch with them, they were very helpful, sending me customised searches to my email. They took time to understand my needs and in a short while I had found the perfect home. Even then they guided me through the whole process and it was not overwhelming. I really enjoyed the experience with Laura. Thank you Barry Plant and Laura.

We were first time sellers and so glad we chose Barry Plant to manage the sale of our property. Our agent Richard was exceptional with his expertise in the market which really showed with the quality of buyers he presented. He made the process smooth and as stress free as possible. My partner and I have just purchased our first home all thanks to Yash Moradi. His communication to us was fantastic, always a phone call or text away and replied quickly and promptly. He spoke in layman’s terms for us first home buyers to understand. He was patient, kind, professional and true to his word. Very thankful for mine and my partners experience with Barry Plant Cranbourne, and our agent Para. After finding the perfect home on the realestate app, we applied immediately, and within less than 48 hours had an inspection booked. Para was amazing, making sure everything suited our needs, and helping us get everything together. With her help, in less than 6 days after applying we were approved to move in! We rented through Barry Plant for just over 3 years. The property managers we were assigned to were nothing short of professional, understanding and good to deal with. The thing that stood out the most was their reaction time to any maintenance issues. They were prompt and easy to communicate with. Routine inspections were done on time and I am sure was great for the home owner to ensure their investment was well looked after. I would definitely use Barry Plant again, you guys set the bar high. Thanks for all your hard work over the years.

Angelia sold my house in just 6 days for a record price, way more than my “best case scenario”, which I’m convinced was equal parts market magic and Angelia being an absolute weapon. She was super friendly, ridiculously easy to communicate with, and handled every one of my (many many) questions like an absolute pro. Her advice on what to fix and what not to waste time or money on was bang-on every time, she basically saved me from renovating the entire suburb for no reason.
